🔧 What You’ll Lead

👥 Team & Leadership

• Manage 3 pods:

  AI/ML

  ,

  DevOps

  , and

  Full-Stack Engineering

• Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent
• Build a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning
• Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and growth plans

🚀 Delivery & Execution

• Translate product roadmaps into clear technical sprint outcomes
• Improve release velocity, deployment frequency, and delivery quality
• Set & track engineering KPIs
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and compliance teams

🤖 AI Engineering & MLOps Ownership

• Oversee LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector DBs, and AI-driven services in production
• Implement AI safety guardrails, bias checks, and monitoring
• Drive automated retraining, model evaluation, and drift detection
• Balance research velocity with production stability

☁️ Platform & Infrastructure

• Own cloud strategy (

  AWS + GCP hybrid

  ) and infra optimization
• Lead Docker/Kubernetes deployments + IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• Ensure end-to-end observability with Prometheus / Grafana / ELK / Datadog
• Manage incident response, DR planning, and SLAs
• Partner with security for audits:

  ISO27001, SOC2, HIPAA, PDPA

📈 Strategic Impact

• Define engineering strategy, budgets, and hiring plans with leadership
• Evaluate emerging AI/cloud technologies for adoption
• Represent engineering in customer/partner discussions
• Improve throughput, reduce risks, and align execution with business outcomes

✔️ Requirements

• 3–4 years leading multi-pod engineering teams
• Strong experience with AI/ML production systems
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to scale engineering teams in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare tech or regulated SaaS
• Hands-on with

  Python, React, Neo4j

• Multi-region deployment experience (APAC/GCC)
• Startup scale-up experience
