🚀 We’re Hiring: Technical Manager — Healthcare AI Platform (Mangalore, India) Location: Mangalore Reports to: Founder / CTO Experience: 3 to 8 Years We’re building a next-gen healthcare AI platform that delivers personalized, compliant, and high-impact solutions across global markets. As we scale, we’re looking for a Technical Manager who can drive engineering excellence across AI, DevOps, and Full-Stack teams. If you thrive in fast-paced startup environments, love building systems that scale, and enjoy leading strong engineering talent — this role is for you. 🔧 What You’ll Lead 👥 Team & Leadership Manage 3 pods: AI/ML , DevOps , and Full-Stack Engineering Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent Build a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and growth plans 🚀 Delivery & Execution Translate product roadmaps into clear technical sprint outcomes Improve release velocity, deployment frequency, and delivery quality Set & track engineering KPIs Collaborate closely with product, design, and compliance teams 🤖 AI Engineering & MLOps Ownership Oversee LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector DBs, and AI-driven services in production Implement AI safety guardrails, bias checks, and monitoring Drive automated retraining, model evaluation, and drift detection Balance research velocity with production stability ☁️ Platform & Infrastructure Own cloud strategy ( AWS + GCP hybrid ) and infra optimization Lead Docker/Kubernetes deployments + IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation) Ensure end-to-end observability with Prometheus / Grafana / ELK / Datadog Manage incident response, DR planning, and SLAs Partner with security for audits: ISO27001, SOC2, HIPAA, PDPA 📈 Strategic Impact Define engineering strategy, budgets, and hiring plans with leadership Evaluate emerging AI/cloud technologies for adoption Represent engineering in customer/partner discussions Improve throughput, reduce risks, and align execution with business outcomes ✔️ Requirements 3–4 years leading multi-pod engineering teams Strong experience with AI/ML production systems Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to scale engineering teams in fast-paced environments Nice to Have Experience in healthcare tech or regulated SaaS Hands-on with Python, React, Neo4j Multi-region deployment experience (APAC/GCC) Startup scale-up experience ✨ What We Offer Competitive salary + performance incentives Opportunity to build healthcare AI for global scale Deep learning in scalable AI, neuroscience, and cutting-edge tech Collaborative, fast-growth startup culture Interested?
