Technical Lead

About the role:

We’re looking for a passionate Technology Lead / Engineering Manager to join our growing team and help build enterprise-grade banking products using .NET Core, Angular, and a modern microservices architecture.

What you’ll do:

· Lead and mentor a talented engineering team building scalable enterprise platforms

· Architect and deliver microservice-based, cloud-native banking solutions

· Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure performance, security, and reliability

· Drive best practices in design, coding, CI/CD, and agile delivery

What we’re looking for:

· 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a lead role

· Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core, Angular, and microservices architecture

· Experience delivering enterprise banking or fintech solutions

· Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and modern DevOps practices

· Excellent communication and team management skills
