Job Summary

Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of modern applications using

   .NET Core/.NET 6+, Azure services, and React

   .
2. Architect cloud-first solutions leveraging Azure capabilities such as

   App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, and DevOps pipelines

   .
3. Guide front-end development best practices and ensure high-quality UI implementations using

   React

   .
4. Ensure robust database design, query optimization, and data integrity using

   SQL Server

   .
5. Own version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD workflows using

   Git and Azure DevOps

   .
6. Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and Architects to deliver end-to-end solutions.
7. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, and promote engineering excellence.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across full-stack and cloud environments.
9. Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve performance, automation, and scalability.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
2. 8–15 years of hands-on development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.

   (T-SQL, performance tuning)

   (branching, pull requests, CI/CD workflows)
9. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, REST APIs, and microservices.

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Python for automation or scripting
2. YAML for DevOps pipelines and configuration
3. Terraform for IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
4. Exposure to AI/ML concepts
5. Experience with Prompt Engineering
6. Familiarity with containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
