Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Architect / Team Lead with expertise in .NET, Azure, and React to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will guide a high-performing engineering team, drive technical excellence, enforce best practices, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. Insurance domain experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL Server.
2. Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
3. Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and efficient development workflows.
4. Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments.
6. Support release management, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
7. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for scalability, security, and performance.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a team leadership or architectural role.
3. Strong hands-on expertise in:

5. Azure Technologies (DevOps, Pipelines, Cloud Services)
6. React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
7. SQL Server (T-SQL)
8. Git
9. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and project delivery.
10. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
11. Insurance domain experience is highly preferred.
