Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead where you will leverage your expertise in GitHub Copilot Python and other key technologies to drive innovation in Asset and Wealth Management. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT service management and deliver impactful solutions. Your contributions will play a crucial role in optimizing our systems and improving client experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using GitHub Copilot and Python to enhance asset and wealth management systems.
Oversee the integration of CICS and VSAM technologies to ensure seamless data management and system performance.
Provide technical expertise in IT Service Management to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement JCL and DB2 solutions that meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain COBOL applications to support critical business processes and ensure system reliability.
Analyze and optimize existing systems to enhance performance and scalability ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high-quality code standards.
Implement best practices for version control and collaboration using GitHub Copilot to streamline development processes.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and user experiences.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical implementations.
Support the team in adopting new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Qualifications

Possess strong proficiency in GitHub Copilot Python CICS VSAM and IT Service Management.
Demonstrate expertise in JCL DB2 and COBOL for effective system development and maintenance.
Have a solid understanding of asset and wealth management domain to align technical solutions with business needs.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
