Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead (any technology), proficient in Database Design based on application functionality. Should carry hands-on experience in database->Table design and excellent in logical reasoning. Should have exposure in analyzing existing application & relevant database design, The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with deep expertise in data modelling, SQL development, schema design, and application solutioning. This role requires strong leadership skills to front end & collaborate with the client on db modelling, guide teams, drive architectural decisions, and ensure the reliability and scalability of enterprise-level systems

Key Responsibilities

• Database Architecture & Design
• Architect and design complex, scalable, and secure database solutions.
• Develop ER models, logical & physical data models, schema designs, and data dictionaries.
• Define standards for database objects, naming conventions, indexing, and normalization.
• Lead database design reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
• Work closely with application teams to integrate database logic with application APIs and services.
• Ensure high performance and low-latency data access through tuning and indexing strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Application development & database design.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical lead, team lead, or architect-level role.
• Strong expertise in MySQL

Deep understanding of:

• ER modelling & schema design
• Normalization techniques
• Query optimization & performance tuning
• Index management
• Experience with database monitoring tools and query profilers.
• Hands-on experience with cloud databases (AWS RDS MySQL).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
