Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product developmentfrom requirement definition to customer release.
  
• Guide, mentor, and review the work of software engineers to ensure high-quality delivery.
  
• Contribute to design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of new and existing products.
  
• Drive Agile development processes and own technical deliverables.
  
• Ensure adoption of best software development practices, tools, and methodologies.
  
• Collaborate across teams to finalize technical requirements and design decisions.
  
• Build expertise in domain-specific cloud and data-security environments.
  
• Develop scalable, high-performance Big Data and cloud systems.
  
• Participate in DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation.
  
• Contribute to secure coding practices aligned with standards such as NIST, OWASP, and PCI-DSS.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with

  6+ years of experience

  in software development, integration, and technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of

  Big Data

  and

  Public Cloud platforms

  (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with SQL engines such as

  Hive, Presto, SparkSQL

  .
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages:

  Java, Python, Go, C++

  .
• Hands-on experience with scalable systems like

  Databricks, EMR, BigQuery, Snowflake, Cloudera, Dataproc

  .
• Experience with

  Kubernetes, OpenShift, multi-node clusters, Linux OS, shell scripting

  .
• Familiarity with

  software design patterns

  , performance tuning, and cryptographic concepts.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical presentation skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  Hadoop

  and Big Data ecosystems.
• Strong programming skills in

  Java and Python

  .
• Experience with container orchestration, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps pipelines.
  
• Strong soft skills and ability to work with global, cross-functional teams.
