Must-Have Skills

5–7 years of full-stack development experience with a strong focus on Node.js (Express/NestJS) and React.js.Solid understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, ES6+ features.Experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.Strong knowledge of frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Next.js or React Native.Exposure to GraphQL, Redis, Kafka, or message queues.Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.Team mentoring or people leadership experience.
