Must-Have Skills

5–7 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.Strong experience with Spring Framework, especially Spring Boot and Spring Data JPA.Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and HTTP protocols.Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).Familiarity with Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD tools.

Good-to-Have Skills

Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.Basic understanding of frontend technologies or API integration with frontend frameworks.
