We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our growing engineering team. This role is perfect for a seasoned developer who is passionate about building scalable systems, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical excellence across our product suite.

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 developers, providing technical guidance and career development support
• Architect and design robust, scalable backend systems using Python/Django and Node.js/NestJS
• Drive technical decision-making and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee database design and optimization strategies for high-performance applications
• Lead cloud infrastructure planning and implementation on AWS
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Participate in system design discussions and technical roadmap planning
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption when appropriate

• 7+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong expertise in Python and Django framework

  for backend development

• Proficiency in Node.js and NestJS

  for building scalable server-side applications

• Hands-on experience with relational databases

  including PostgreSQL and MySQL

• Solid understanding of AWS cloud services

  including EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation
• Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

• Experience with additional AWS services (ECS, EKS, CloudWatch, IAM)
• Knowledge of message queues and event-driven architectures (Redis, RabbitMQ, SQS)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (New Relic, Datadog, ELK stack)
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and TDD/BDD practices
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements
• Previous experience in agile/scrum development methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
