Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
  • Lead frontend architecture design and drive technical decisions.
  • Distribute tasks and mentor junior developers.
  • Ensure code quality and UI/UX stability through code reviews.
  • Establish best practices and foster a strong development culture.
Core Development
  • Develop and maintain components using React and Gatsby/SSG.
  • Implement CMS content rendering logic and Static Site Generation.
  • Build client-side logic for backend API integration.
  • Improve component encapsulation and reusability (e.g., Shadow DOM).
  • Ensure accessibility, responsive design, and performance optimization.
System Operations & Management
  • Monitor performance using tools like Lighthouse and Web Vitals.
  • Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities.
  • Provide on-call support for incident response and urgent issues.
  • Manage frontend linkage logic (e.g., Lambda).
  • Establish and maintain CDN caching strategies.
Collaboration & Integration
  • Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and planning teams.
  • Ensure seamless integration with hmg-Commerce system.
  • Define frontend requirements aligned with CMS content structure.

Must-Have

Skills Required
  • 3+ years of frontend development experience with React.
  • Hands-on experience with Gatsby or other SSG frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility.
  • Experience with HTTP protocols and RESTful APIs.
  • 2+ years in a Tech Lead/Team Lead role.
  • Proven experience in code reviews and technical mentoring.
Required Competencies

Technical

  • Strong front-end architecture design and technology selection.
  • Data structure design for scalable page components.
  • Troubleshooting and performance tuning expertise.
  • Ability to leverage monitoring tools and analyze logs.
  • UI/UX enhancement insights.
