Technical Lead- Finance Solution

As an experienced Implementation Lead with a strong expertise in financial workflows, R2R processes, and treasury operations, your role will involve leading client onboarding and end-to-end solution deployments for enterprise fintech clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Project Delivery & Implementation: - Leading end-to-end implementation projects. - Translating client requirements into detailed plans. - Ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery. - Managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously. - Technical & Functional Execution: - Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries. - Overseeing ETL processes. - Configuring and deploying solutions for R2R, treasury, and reporting workflows. - Ensuring seamless data migration, system integration, and testing. - Cross-functional Collaboration: - Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams. - Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders. - Documentation & Training: - Maintaining detailed process documentation. - Conducting UAT coordination, client onboarding, and user training sessions. - Creating SOPs, user guides, and post-implementation reports. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA in Finance. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on implementation or project management experience. - Proven experience delivering projects in Fintech, SaaS, or ERP environments. - Strong understanding of R2R, treasury, and financial accounting workflows. - Hands-on expertise in SQL and ETL/data migration. - Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and project tracking tools. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with financial automation tools. - Knowledge of API integrations and basic data mapping. - Exposure to AR/AP, reconciliation, reporting, and book closure processes. - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. - Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM). In addition to the above, you will be expected to possess core skills and competencies such as financial process knowledge, business analysis, client onboarding, project planning, risk management, cross-functional collaboration, communication, and attention to detail.
