Technical Lead - Digital Software (Full Stack)

We’re looking for a Technical Lead in Digital Software to guide our development team in creating innovative cloud and mobile solutions.

This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end digital solutions, from concept to deployment.
• Lead the creation of cloud and mobile solutions in dynamic tech environments.
• Uphold best practices in design and debugging for top software quality.
• Guide and mentor team members to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless execution and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication or Computer Engineering.

• Experience:

  8+ years in full-stack development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Cloud Proficiency:

   AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Technical Skills:

   Angular.js/React.js (front-end), Node.js (back-end), Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, SQL/NoSQL.

• Architecture Knowledge:

   REST APIs, Micro Frontends, Web Sockets, MQTT.

• Testing & DevOps:

   Familiarity with JUnit, TDD (Cucumber), PyTest, Mockito, and tools like Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jira, and Sonar.

• Leadership:

   Experience managing projects with teams of 4+ engineers.

• Additional Skills:

   Strong communication and pre-sales experience.
