Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and mentor a team of automation engineers.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks (UI, API, Mobile).
Define test strategies for automation, ensuring coverage and efficiency.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to identify automation opportunities.
Drive CI/CD integration with automation pipelines.
Ensure timely execution and reporting of automated test suites.
Troubleshoot test failures and maintain test scripts.
Stay updated with emerging tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4+ years in test automation.
Strong proficiency in automation tools & frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
Experience with API automation (Postman, RestAssured, Karate, etc.).
Hands-on knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
