About The Company

• Pitch, report, write, and publish news, feature stories, interviews, and analytical long‑reads covering technology, SaaS, and startup ecosystems.
• Own the editorial calendar: plan themes, commission contributors, and ensure every piece aligns with brand voice and SEO goals.
• Conduct and moderate founder / investor interviews; distill complex topics into engaging narratives and multimedia assets.
• Co‑host virtual and in‑person events—craft agendas, secure speakers, coordinate logistics, and produce post‑event content packages.
• Lead audience‑growth experiments: email newsletters, social‑media threads, and community AMAs that convert readers into loyal subscribers.
• Track emerging tech trends; brief internal stakeholders and shape content strategy that positions the company as a thought leader.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must‑Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field.
• 3 + years’ experience in tech/startup journalism with a portfolio of published work.
• Mastery of AP‑style writing, headline crafting, SEO, and fact‑checking; impeccable grammar and story structure.
• Proficiency with CMS, analytics, and project‑management tools (WordPress, Google Analytics, Trello/Jira).
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to translate technical jargon into clear, engaging storytelling for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines, manage stakeholders, and deliver under pressure.
  

Preferred

• Familiarity with SaaS metrics, venture funding cycles, and product‑led‑growth concepts.
• Experience producing or co‑hosting webinars, podcasts, or Twitter/X Spaces.
• Working knowledge of basic video/audio editing and graphic tools (Canva, Premiere, Audacity).
• Network within the startup community—founders, investors, and tech influencers.
