Junior Technical Consultants

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions based on client requirements
Support technical troubleshooting, testing, and post-deployment activities
Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers
Create documentation for system configuration, workflows, and end-user guides
Provide training and support to end-users where required
Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks with quality and accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Basic understanding of enterprise applications, databases, and system integrations
Hands-on knowledge of tools like SQL, Excel, or any ERP/CRM platforms is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced environment
