Job Title: Technical HR Recruiter Location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat) Department: Human Resources Reports To: Senior HR Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Technical HR Recruiter to join our team and help drive our hiring efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across various domains. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand job requirements and ensure we bring in candidates with the right skill set and cultural fit. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Technical Sales Engineers for Domestic & International Department, Service Engineers etc.). Collaborate with engineering teams to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent through LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed and other platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial technical assessments to evaluate candidate skills. Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams and follow up on feedback. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking and relationship building. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Keep recruitment data up to date and provide regular hiring reports and insights. Stay up to date on trends in hiring, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency). Proficiency in using different platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting in Electrical Equipment industry.
