Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical HR professional. The Technical HR specialist will oversee HR management processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), conducting relevant training programs, and providing strategic guidance on HR initiatives to align with the company’s technology-driven goals. The role will involve extensive communication, collaboration, and implementation of innovative HR strategies and tools to support the continued growth and success of Alterera Networks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to execute effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in using and managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes and data management.
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams, foster employee engagement, and address organizational needs effectively.
  • Experience in developing and delivering impactful employee Training programs to support professional growth and development.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and best practices in HR operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Industry certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar are a plus.
  • Adaptability to work in a remote environment and aptitude for leveraging digital tools and technologies.
