Project: Business Development and Project Handling

Location: Kerala

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical CRM (Customer Relationship Management) professional with an engineering background to lead our business development and handling efforts for the Kerala project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and acquisition, with a focus on securing new government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

2. Manage and analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and pain points.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of CRM initiatives.

4. Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and acquisition.

5. Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition rates.

6. Identify and pursue new government project opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., B.Tech, BE) or related field, with an MBA or additional certification in Marketing or Business Administration being a plus.

- 10 to 15 years of proven experience in CRM, business development, and handling, preferably in a technical or government project setting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.

- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

- Understanding of government project bidding processes and requirements.

- Technical knowledge in areas such as IT infrastructure Nad IT development would be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
