Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Technical Coordinator is responsible for managing support operations, ensuring timely ticket handling, maintaining documentation and audit readiness, generating critical reports, and organizing shift schedules. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with internal policies, and continuous improvement in service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Zoho Desk - Ticket Management
  • Report Management
  • ISO Audit Maintenance & Documentation
  • Shift Planning and Scheduling

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in technical coordination, support operations, or ticketing systems.
  • Proficient in Zoho Desk or similar platforms.
  • ITIL Certification is preferred.
