Job Summary:

The Technical Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating all technical and workshop operations, ensuring smooth communication between the Service Team, Technicians, Advisors, and BMW Technical Support. The position involves monitoring job progress, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient technical execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day workshop operations and assign jobs to technicians based on skill and workload.
• Ensure all repair orders are completed within stipulated time and meet BMW quality standards.
• Support Service Advisors with accurate technical information and job status updates.
• Supervise vehicle diagnostic processes and ensure proper use of BMW tools and systems (ISTA, AIR, ASAP, etc.).
• Maintain and update job cards, service reports, and repair documentation.
• Communicate technical updates and service bulletins to the workshop team.
• Liaise with BMW Technical Support for unresolved issues and ensure timely case closures.
• Monitor workshop performance, efficiency, and productivity through daily tracking reports.
• Conduct pre- and post-service quality checks to ensure repair accuracy.
• Assist in technical training, audits, and compliance as per BMW service standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of automobile systems (mechanical, electrical, diagnostics).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in BMW diagnostic tools and workshop software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Team management and multitasking skills.
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a luxury automobile workshop (BMW / Mercedes / Audi preferred).
• Proficiency in BMW systems (ISTA, AIR, KSD, ASAP, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Reporting To: Service Manager / Workshop Manager Compensation: As per company norms and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
