Bike Sales Consultant (BMW)

As a BMW Motorrad Sales Consultant, you will represent the BMW Motorrad brand and deliver a premium, world-class customer experience. Your role will be to engage passionate riders, build relationships, and achieve sales targets by matching customers with the right BMW motorcycle and lifestyle accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the BMW Motorrad range of motorcycles, accessories, and riding gear.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models, finance/insurance solutions, and customization options.
• Conduct product presentations, test rides, and exclusive BMW Motorrad experiences.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer experience in line with BMW brand values.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records, follow-up with prospects, and ensure long-term customer relationships.
• Support marketing activities, ride-outs, and events to generate new business.
• Stay updated on BMW Motorrad products, technologies, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with finance, insurance, service, and accessories departments for seamless customer experience.

Skills & Competencies:

• Passion for motorcycles, especially premium/luxury bikes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales drive with a customer-first approach.
• Knowledge of motorcycle riding, features, and technical basics.
• Ability to deliver a luxury/premium buying experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate (any discipline).
• 1–3 years’ experience in automobile sales (premium segment preferred).
• Freshers with strong passion for motorcycles & good communication skills may also be considered.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
• Willingness to participate in BMW Motorrad rides, events, and weekend activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
