Job Title: Sales Manager – Motorrad (Bike Segment) Location: BMW Munich Motors, Sarona, Raipur, Chhattisgarh Department: Sales – Motorrad Division About the Role: BMW Munich Motors is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven Sales Manager for our Motorrad (Motorbike) segment. Based at our state-of-the-art showroom in Sarona, Raipur. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop the Motorrad sales team. Set sales targets, manage performance, and conduct regular coaching. Sales Strategy & Execution: Implement local strategies tailored to the Sarona–Raipur customer base. Manage daily showroom operations and drive customer footfall. Customer Engagement: Deliver personalized, luxury experiences to customers. Engage with motorbike enthusiasts and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze regional trends and local competition. Submit monthly performance reports and forecasts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing for local campaigns and bike launch events. Work with aftersales and service teams to enhance customer loyalty. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Automotive Management. 5+ years of experience in automotive or premium sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Familiarity with Raipur or Chhattisgarh’s customer demographics is a plus. Proven ability to manage and grow high-value customer relationships. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Passion for motorbikes and knowledge of the BMW Motorrad line. What We Offer: Competitive fixed salary with attractive incentives.
