BMW Munich Motors – Sales Consultant

Position: Sales Consultant

Location: Raipur

Department: Sales – BMW Cars

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Present and explain BMW product features, variants, and finance options.
• Conduct test drives and ensure a premium customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories & Delivery teams for smooth delivery.
• Maintain CRM entries, follow-ups, and lead tracking.
• Participate in BMW events, roadshows, and marketing activities.
• Ensure showroom display standards and brand guidelines are maintained.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 1–4 years of sales experience in automotive or luxury retail (freshers can apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Strong customer-handling skills with a premium mindset.
• Should have knowledge of luxury cars and local market leads.
• Valid four-wheeler driving license.
