De-duplication of Masters Lead data migration and cutovers in SAP S/4HANA projects (Greenfield, Migration, or Rollouts). Establish and implement MDM best practices and data management capabilities. Define data management principles, policies, and lifecycle strategies. Monitor data quality with consistent metrics and reporting. Work with MDM stakeholders to drive data governance and compliance. Track and manage MDM objects, ensuring timely delivery. Conduct training sessions for teams on ECC & S/4HANA MDM. Participate in daily stand-ups, issue tracking, and dashboard updates. Identify risks and process improvements for MDM. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in SAP MDM. Strong knowledge of ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Data Migration, and Rollouts. Experience in data governance, lifecycle management, and compliance. Familiarity with JIRA KANBAN boards, ticketing tools, and dashboards. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
