Role: Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect with 8-10 years of experience specializing in Salesforce Education Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce development, architecture, and integration, along with leadership capabilities to guide teams and drive AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Salesforce Education Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and administrators.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Design and implement AI-driven enhancements within Salesforce to optimize workflows and automation.

• Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and governance.

• Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.

• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend new features for adoption

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and administration.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud & Service Cloud.

• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL.

• Experience with AI-powered automation in Salesforce is a plus.

• Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools).

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Education Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
