Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant at Whitelion, you will be an integral part of our Service team, reporting to the Service Manager and working in a field-based role as per the project requirements. With a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical and 1-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for understanding clients" home automation needs and providing them with customized solutions using Whitelion's product range. Your main responsibilities will involve engaging with clients to assess their requirements, recommending suitable home automation products, and preparing accurate quotations based on their needs and product specifications. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and ensure that the solutions provided enhance their home automation experience. Additionally, you will conduct on-site or remote verifications of clients" layouts to ensure alignment with the proposed solutions. Your role will also involve offering technical advice on the installation and configuration of Whitelion products, as well as providing recommendations on installation best practices and necessary adjustments. In the absence of service staff, you may be required to handle servicing responsibilities to ensure continuous client support. Effective communication with clients is essential to maintain satisfaction, address queries, and provide updates on product status and delivery. Collaboration with internal teams, including Sales and Engineering, is crucial to ensure a seamless process from product delivery to installation and post-installation support.
