Role Overview

hands-on technical partner

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead

    MVP development

    (frontend, backend, and integrations) from concept to launch.
  • Build and optimize the

    AI-driven valuation engine

    using ML models and available datasets.
  • Design and implement

    secure transaction workflows

    (escrow, payments, fraud prevention).
  • Set up

    scalable infrastructure

    (cloud, APIs, databases) to support growth.
  • Collaborate on

    product design, user experience, and feature prioritization

    .
  • Establish technical best practices, version control, and code quality standards.
  • Iterate quickly based on user feedback and data insights.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in

    full-stack development

    (Node.js, Python, React/Next.js, or similar).
  • Experience with

    machine learning / AI models

    (valuation, prediction, or risk scoring).
  • Knowledge of

    cloud platforms

    (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and API integrations.
  • Experience with

    secure payments, authentication, or blockchain

    (a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, scrappy execution, and rapid iteration.
  • Interest in

    digital marketplaces, fintech, or M&A

    is a bonus.
