Technical Co-Founder

What You Will Own

This is a full-stack role with significant leadership responsibility. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Leading product development and engineering efforts
• Designing UI/UX using tools like Figma with a strong sense of usability and developer experience
• Translating designs into responsive, accessible frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Building and connecting backend systems in multiple programming languages
• Managing integrations between frontend, backend logic, APIs, and databases
• Contributing to product vision, customer support, strategic decisions, and external events as a core member of the company

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in building complete SaaS applications (frontend + backend)
• Advanced proficiency in UI/UX design and frontend development
• Ability to architect scalable backend solutions and manage data infrastructure
• Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of the product lifecycle
• Willingness to contribute beyond engineering - across product, support, and growth functions

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech from a Tier 1 institution in India (IIT/NIT/BITS) or Abroad College

OR

5+ years of equivalent hands-on engineering experience in similar domain

Location Requirement

• Must be based in or willing to 

  relocate to Gurgaon

• This is an 

  in-office

   role. We will cover living expenses if relocation is needed.

Compensation

• Cash compensation: 40–70% of your last drawn salary
• Significant equity stake: Offered at a fair valuation with long-term upside
• Compensation will grow rapidly in line with company revenue and growth
