• Role 1 - Technical BA (Power Platform)

• Key Responsibilities
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• o Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
• o Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Solution Design & Implementation
• o Design and implement solutions using Power Platform tools.
• o Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
• o Create custom apps using Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate.
• Integration & Data Management
• o Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• o Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
• Testing & Quality Assurance
• o Conduct functional validation and user acceptance testing.
• o Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and deployment.
• Stakeholder Communication
• o Prepare and deliver demos, presentations, and training sessions.
• o Act as a liaison between business teams and technical developers.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven projects.
• • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, PRISM).
• • Knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and visualization techniques.
• • Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Dataverse, and Azure services.
• • Tools: GIT/JIRA/Azure DevOps
• • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Role - 2 -

  UAT Quality Assurance Specialist – Power Platform

• Key Responsibilities
• • UAT Planning & Coordination
• o Develop UAT strategy, test plans, and test cases for Power Platform solutions.
• o Coordinate with business stakeholders and development teams to define acceptance criteria.
• • Testing Execution
• o Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
• o Validate workflows, data integrity, and user experience against requirements.
• • Defect Management
• o Log, track, and report defects using tools like GIT/JIRA/Azure DevOps.
• o Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• • Documentation & Reporting
• o Maintain detailed test documentation, including test scripts and results.
• o Provide UAT sign-off and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• • Continuous Improvement
• o Suggest improvements for testing processes and automation opportunities.
• o Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards.
