Role Overview:

The Technical Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, technically feasible, and effectively delivered within a PaaS environment.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document
  business and technical requirements for Karolium PaaS initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, epics, workflows, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and expected outcomes.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution design by providing inputs on feasibility, scalability, and alignment with low code / no code architecture.
• Conduct requirement workshops, demos, walkthroughs, and review sessions with
  clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with cloud and platform best practices, leveraging certification knowledge during technical discussions.

• 5–10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in IT product or services
  organizations.
• Strong experience with Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions; exposure to low code / no code platforms is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and documentation for technical teams.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Mandatory cloud certification in AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast paced environment.
