Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 4+ year’s experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions. Leveraging expertise in project management tools, data visualization, and analytical methodologies, the Business Analyst will drive the success of projects and improve organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Develop comprehensive user stories, use cases, and process maps to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

• Project Management:

• Use tools like Jira and Confluence to manage project workflows and maintain documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Data Analysis:

• Identify trends and insights to drive data-informed decision-making.

• Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a liaison between business units, developers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and regular status meetings to keep stakeholders informed.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
• Create Wireframes, Mock-ups, UML diagrams to illustrate workflows, system interactions, and process enhancements.

• Problem Solving and Process Improvement:

• Identify inefficiencies in existing systems and recommend improvements.
• Provide innovative solutions to address business challenges and improve system performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience working with Salesforce is good to have.
• Expertise in UML, process mapping, and other analytical methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications is a plus.
• Experience in agile project methodologies.

Work Mode - Remote / Hybrid

Work Timing - 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM
