Job Title: Technical Bid Manager Experience: 5–7+ years Skills: Bid Management, RFP/RFI Analysis, OEM/Partner Coordination, Technical Documentation, Java/.NET, ERP (Oracle/SAP), Infrastructure Solutions Location: Greater Noida / Gurgaon Coforge is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Technical Bid Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end bid process for complex IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in application platforms or infrastructure services and a proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant bid responses. Job Description: We are looking for a Bid Manager with technical background and understanding of Applications Platforms like Java/ J2EE / .NET, ERP – Oracle/SAP etc., OR Infrastructure (Platform & Storage, Network Equipment, Security Solutions, Email Solutions, EMS, Backup) and their related services. Should carry knowledge and experience of working with OEMs / Partners of various solutions. Should carry ability to drive qualification of RFPs against the available criteria and documentations. Should be able to visualize and derive a path of action to validate the documentation, support the sales & presales team with needed analysis to optimize or rationalize the proposed solutions. Should be able to consolidate the solutions from various teams, partners, and OEMs and build a consolidated documentation covering all the needed contours of the bids (PQ / TQ supporting, Tech Solution, Compliances, Delivery plans, OEM documentations – Land Border, Make in India, MAF, Datasheets, etc.) Ability to meticulously read through the RFP/RFI, identify the areas of actions, drive and track various conversations with bid stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Delivery, Partners / OEMs, HBU/ Practice). Ability to handle large, multiyear deals from qualification to submission. Passionate to learn and drive quality of bid deliverables. Strong communication and networking skills. Lead communications with customers & internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition) in both written and verbal forms Identify and templatize bid deliverables and ensure timely completion by respective solution/track owners Support Sales / Solution Architects in customer conversations during pre-bid conferences and solution defense Evaluate proposed solutions, engage with OEMs/Partners to validate compliance and bid-related criteria Act as the Bid Owner and custodian of all bid deliverables, ensuring completeness and timely submission Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred Experience as a Technical Bid Manager / Presales Consultant / Consultant in IT/ITES/Consulting/Big 4s, preferably with Government & Public Sector exposure Strong understanding of technologies such as Java/J2EE, .NET, Oracle/SAP, and infrastructure components (platform, storage, network, security, EMS, backup) Experience working with OEMs/partners across application and infrastructure domains Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Relevant certifications or training will be an added advantage Show more Show less
