Technical Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Assistant to support our technical team in day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with technical documentation, data management, and equipment setup while ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical systems and equipment.
• Provide support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, manuals, and reports.
• Collaborate with technical teams to perform testing, research, and analysis.
• Support users with IT and technical queries, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Conduct data entry, manage databases, and generate reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and technical standards.
• Perform inventory checks for technical tools, equipment, and software licenses.
• Assist in training staff on technical processes and system usage.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: [Bachelor’s degree/Diploma] in [Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field].
• Experience: 2 years of experience in a technical support or assistant role (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, or engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and documentation tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to task

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
