We are developing an ERP platform for the Small and Medium Enterprises for the European market. We’re seeking a hands-on architect who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries. This person will have end-to-end ownership of product. The ideal candidate has experience building products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. You will join a small team that uses new technology to solve challenges for both the front-end and back-end architecture, ultimately delivering amazing experiences for global users.

• Technical Leadership: 30%

• Review and finalize architectural design patterns and set standards
• Selection of open-source tools/technologies

• Product development: 20%

• Be a thought leader in building the Product roadmap
• Participate in customer demos and requirements-gathering sessions

• Hands-on Development: 30%

• Design, Develop, unit test code
• Coordinate with DevOps team for Environment setup & management in AWS

• Mentor Technical team: 20%

• Get the best out of the developers, including enforcing coding standards
• Hire and help retain top talent
