Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Technology Strategy & Roadmap:

  Define and implement technology strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Architecture Design:

  Develop high-level architectures for applications, systems, and infrastructure with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.

• Solution Development:

  Guide engineering teams on best practices, design patterns, and frameworks.

• Technical Leadership:

  Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and uphold architectural principles.

• System Integration:

  Oversee API design, microservices architecture, and multi-platform integrations.

• Performance Optimization:

  Ensure application reliability and scalability through efficient system design.

• Security & Compliance:

  Implement best practices for security, risk management, and regulatory adherence.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Translate business and IT requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Code Reviews & Quality Assurance:

  Define coding guidelines, perform reviews, and maintain software quality.

• Innovation:

  Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree in IT Management or related specialization (preferred).

Experience:

• 10+ years in software development, IT architecture, or technical leadership.
• 5+ years designing and implementing enterprise-grade applications.
• Proven expertise in

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP),

  microservices

  , and

  containerization

  (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong full-stack development background — backend (Java, .NET, Python, Node.js) and frontend (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with

  DevOps

  , CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Deep understanding of scalability, security, and performance optimization in distributed systems.
• Proficiency in databases (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and system integration.
• Exposure to AI/ML, IoT, or Blockchain is a plus.
