Technical Adoption Manager – AI-Driven Enablement & Knowledge Transfer

Location: Bangalore, Hybrid

Type: Full-Time

About the Role: We are seeking a Technical Adoption Manager to act as the bridge between the core rewrite team and the client’s operating company (OpCo) developers. This role ensures smooth adoption of new systems, providing hands-on training, knowledge transfer, and co-development support.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with the ability to teach, mentor, and guide teams through change. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring OpCo developers become self-sufficient with the new AI-augmented systems while shielding the core development team from day-to-day adoption challenges.

This role requires a startup-like mindset—adaptable, AI-native, and proactive—while being highly collaborative across technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Enablement: Deliver ongoing training to OpCo developers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Ensure successful handoff of technical practices, tools, and frameworks to internal teams.
  • Co-Development: Partner with OpCo developers during adoption phases, guiding them in applying new architectures and AI-driven workflows.
  • AI Fluency: Promote effective use of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor AI, ChatGPT) to accelerate learning and delivery.
  • Change Leadership: Foster confidence and independence within OpCo teams, ensuring long-term sustainability of the new platform.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between OpCo teams and the core rewrite team, reducing unnecessary interruptions for full-stack developers.

Required Experience

  • 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with modern backend (C#, ASP.NET Core) and frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript, or Angular).
  • Exposure to system migrations or application rewrites.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools for coding, documentation, and testing.
  • Prior experience in mentorship, technical training, or enablement strongly preferred.

Generative AI Expertise

  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools for scaffolding, testing, and documentation.
  • Ability to guide others in translating legacy code into modern service-based designs.
  • Familiarity with AI use cases such as reverse engineering, workflow summarization, and test automation.
  • Comfortable integrating AI-driven features into day-to-day workflows.

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
