Technical Account Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for showcasing good functional knowledge in Oracle SaaS products such as ERP and SCM, along with a strong awareness of various AI features for Oracle Cloud Applications in SCM and ERP domains. Your understanding of the Functional & Technical architecture landscape will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate strong customer-facing skills, ability to multitask, maintain composure in high-stress situations, and adapt priorities to accommodate dynamic business needs. Being an excellent team player with a willingness to learn new technologies, along with strong organization, detail-oriented, and communication skills, will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Possess good functional knowledge in Oracle SaaS products such as ERP and SCM - Demonstrate strong customer-facing skills - Understand Functional & Technical architecture landscape - Maintain composure in high-stress/high-visibility situations - Adapt priorities to accommodate dynamic business needs - Be an excellent team player willing to learn new technologies - Possess strong organization, detail-oriented, and communication skills - Hold a University degree with post-graduate technical or management qualifications or relevant experience - Obtain ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management - Have experience with implementation and support of Oracle SaaS ERP and SCM Applications, including involvement in at least 2 full cycle projects - Preferably hold Fusion ERP and SCM Certification Qualifications: - Minimum of 12 years of IT experience, including Service Delivery Management experience - Proven track record of collaborating with large-scale global teams - High commitment to customer satisfaction Location: The role will be based in Bangalore, NCR, or Mumbai.,
