Maintaining Ticket Hygiene for all incident Tickets will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, possessing a certification in Oracle Cloud Financials or SCM is highly preferred. Knowledge of OCI / OIC integrations, tools like GoldenGate, Boomi, and exposure to AIOps/RPA for ticket deflection and automated controls will be advantageous.
