Role & responsibilities

Technical Recruiter Intern

hands-on learning

Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements for various IT roles (Developer, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, etc.)
Source candidates from portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Hirist & IIM Jobs
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on skill match
Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate candidates
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate database and follow standard recruitment processes
Support the HR & Recruitment team with daily hiring operations
Learn and work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Build strong professional communication and candidate engagement skills
