And WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU! About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Technical Support Engineer to join our IT operations team. In this role, you will support the smooth functioning of our systems and networks, assist with user-level technical issues, and contribute to the maintenance of our digital infrastructure. This position is ideal for candidates eager to grow their careers in IT system administration and support. Key Responsibilities: Monitor performance and maintain systems according to organizational requirements. Perform regular data backups and support disaster recovery procedures. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users. Maintain system documentation, logs, and IT inventory. Apply updates and security patches to operating systems and software applications. Manage and support email platforms like Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace. Handle domain name management and DNS settings via registrars or hosting control panels. Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement or support when needed. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems. Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, etc.). Exposure to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar email platforms. Willingness to learn and handle backup processes, user permissions, and software troubleshooting. Good organizational and documentation skills. Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, or user account management. Experience with basic server maintenance or virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V). Exposure to IT ticketing systems or remote desktop tools. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals are a plus. Previous internship or project work in IT support or system administration (preferred but not required).
