Tech Support Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers via chat, email, or calls.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to integrations, automations, and backend workflows.
• Develop small scripts and utilities using Python for automation, debugging, or internal tooling.
• Assist with debugging applications built on Django or FastAPI.
• Work with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, etc., to configure and troubleshoot workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify root causes and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Document recurring issues, solutions, and internal processes for knowledge base development.
• Investigating logs, Reading API traces and Experience with CLI.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Atleast 1 year of experience with Python, including scripting and basic backend development.
• Hands-on knowledge of Django or FastAPI (beginner to intermediate level).
• Experience working with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to debugging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand API documentation and debug API-related integrations.
  

Good to Have

• Prior experience working directly with customers in a tech support or client-facing role.
• Familiarity with CRMs, ATSs, and related 3rd-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Understanding of webhooks, REST APIs, and common integration patterns.
• Experience with logs monitoring tools, etc.
