Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Ansible and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities Manage and optimize the companys IT infrastructure using Ansible to ensure seamless operations. Oversee the deployment and configuration of infrastructure components to maintain system integrity. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions. Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates to enhance efficiency. Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline infrastructure management tasks. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures to protect company data. Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities. Document infrastructure configurations and changes to maintain accurate records. Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation to meet business needs. Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices and procedures. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements. Qualifications Possess a strong technical background in Ansible with hands-on experience. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Exhibit strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Show proficiency in scripting languages for automation purposes. Have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure components and their interactions. Display a keen attention to detail to ensure system integrity and security.
