Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls, including popup, printer, antivirus, and banking-related queries.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for (Canon and HP printers), such as:

Printer offline errors
Printer setup and configuration
Driver installation and update

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 6 months of experience in
Technical Support Sales (printer calls preferred).
Experience in
Antivirus, Router, or PPC Technical Support Sales
will be an added advantage.
Strong
communication skills
with the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
