Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Lead located in Pune. The Tech Lead will oversee technical projects, provide guidance to the development, QA and BA teams and ensure the implementation new modules in its HRMS platform. Responsibilities include architectural design, development, troubleshooting, code reviews, and technical mentorship. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and continuous improvement in processes and technologies. Qualifications

• Strong software development experience, specifically programming languages such as Java, Angular
• Proficiency in software architecture design, system integration, and troubleshooting, building mibile app using ionic is also a must.
• Experience with team leadership, code reviews, and technical mentorship
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud environments (specifically AWS ).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; ability to handle complex technical challenges
• Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; relevant certifications are a must with 10-15 years experience
• Experience in HR tech or related industries will be considered an advantage
