Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces and user experiences for our products. Daily tasks include creating mockups and prototypes, visual design, and collaborating with the front-end development team. The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with user needs and business goals. Qualifications Expertise in creating Mockups, Prototyping, and Visual Design Experience with User Experience Design (UED) Familiarity with Front-End Development Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in the HR tech industry is a plus
