Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Distributed Architecture. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor teams while driving end-to-end design and development discussions.

You will play a key role in building scalable applications, integrating with modern middleware, and ensuring best coding and architecture practices across the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, and architecture discussions for Java-based applications.
• Drive structured problem-solving sessions and ask clarifying questions to guide teams.
• Build and maintain microservices using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and related middleware.
• Work with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native tools.
• Integrate applications with messaging platforms such as Kafka.
• Mentor developers and ensure high standards of code quality.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and infrastructure teams for seamless delivery.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and provide engineering thought leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and distributed architecture.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/K8s), and cloud environments.
• Practical experience with Kafka or similar middleware technologies.
• Excellent communication, curiosity, and ability to confidently lead technical conversations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
