Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 6+ years of software development experience
• At least 2 years in a senior or lead role
• Strong hands-on expertise in one or more of the following:
• .NET / Node.js / PHP / Java / React / Angular
• SQL / NoSQL databases
• API design, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Excellent understanding of SDLC, Git, Agile methodology, CI/CD

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers — guide on coding standards, architecture, and best practices
• Oversee software design and development to ensure quality, scalability, and performance
• Contribute to hands-on coding, debugging, and reviewing pull requests
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and design teams for end-to-end project delivery
• Manage sprint planning, workload distribution, and performance tracking
• Conduct code reviews, enforce security practices, and promote automation
• Research and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies for process improvement

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to take ownership and deliver under deadlines
• Sound knowledge of software architecture, database design, and API integrations

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with cloud-based deployments (AWS / Azure)
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker / Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of mobile app frameworks or cross-platform integrations
