Description
As a Tech - HRBP at Angel One, you will be responsible for providing extensive HR partnering to the employees in the Direct Business teams throughout the employee life cycle. Your role will involve collaborating with COE teams to execute HR activities such as performance management, talent planning, compensation, promotions, and other aspects to align with organizational goals. You will be tasked with creating HR metrics dashboards focusing on org health, hiring, ER updates, LnD initiatives, and providing leaders with proactive solutions to address people's challenges, fostering a positive work environment. Managing employee engagement programs, evaluating potential challenges, and proactively enhancing employee satisfaction will be part of your responsibilities. Identifying HR intervention needs, creating appropriate programs, actively participating in HR interventions & projects, and ensuring timely completion will be crucial. Additionally, you will coach and advise managers and employees on various components affecting employee experience, including performance management, employee relations concerns, rewards, recognition, leaves of absence, local labor laws, compensation, benefits, HR policies, and more. Building and maintaining strong internal relationships with key HR colleagues, including Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, HR Ops, DEI, and the L&D team is essential to success in this role. As an ideal candidate, you should have 4-6 years of related experience or specialized knowledge and skills, excellent business orientation, and acumen. You must possess the ability to influence and interact effectively across all organizational levels, contribute towards strategic initiatives, and efficiently perform tactical & operational work. Being a self-starter, comfortable working in ambiguity, having strong problem-solving, critical thinking abilities, exceptional interpersonal, influencing skills, and outstanding organizational skills are essential. Moreover, proficiency in utilizing Google/Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, or related software is required. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, working knowledge of India labor laws, experience working with Employment Legal, exposure to fast-paced, high-growth business environments, exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and team collaboration skills, solid problem-solving, and analytical skills.
